01 - 15.25 oz box of strawberry cake mix
02 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
03 - 2 eggs
04 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - ⅓ cup butter, melted
06 - 1½ cup white chocolate chips, with extra for topping

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350 degrees F. Grab a cookie sheet and cover it with parchment paper, then put it aside.
02 - Grab a medium bowl and stir your strawberry cake mix with the baking powder until everything's mixed well.
03 - Crack in your eggs and add vanilla extract, stirring until things start to blend. Then pour in your melted butter and mix until you've got a sticky, soft dough.
04 - Stir in the white chocolate chips by hand, making sure they're spread evenly throughout your soft pink dough mixture.
05 - Grab a medium cookie scoop (about 1½ tablespoons) and scoop the dough. Roll each scoop between your hands to make balls, then put them on your cookie sheet. Pop them in the oven for 8-10 minutes until they're just done.
06 - As soon as they come out of the oven, push some extra white chocolate chips onto the tops while they're still warm for a nice look. Let them sit on the cookie sheet for a minute or two, then move them to a cooling rack until completely cool.
