Turn your oven on to 350 degrees F. Grab a cookie sheet and cover it with parchment paper, then put it aside.

Grab a medium bowl and stir your strawberry cake mix with the baking powder until everything's mixed well.

Crack in your eggs and add vanilla extract, stirring until things start to blend. Then pour in your melted butter and mix until you've got a sticky, soft dough.

Stir in the white chocolate chips by hand, making sure they're spread evenly throughout your soft pink dough mixture.

Grab a medium cookie scoop (about 1½ tablespoons) and scoop the dough. Roll each scoop between your hands to make balls, then put them on your cookie sheet. Pop them in the oven for 8-10 minutes until they're just done.

As soon as they come out of the oven, push some extra white chocolate chips onto the tops while they're still warm for a nice look. Let them sit on the cookie sheet for a minute or two, then move them to a cooling rack until completely cool.
