# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Combine beef with spices and egg. Shape into 4 flat patties and make a thumbprint in the center. Cook them with oil for about 3 minutes on each side.
02 - Melt butter and cook onion with mushrooms. Sprinkle flour on top, then pour in broth and soy sauce, stirring until it thickens.
03 - Fry your eggs how you like them, runny or slightly firm.
