Slightly warm butter in a microwave bowl for about 15 seconds until it starts melting. Mix in both sugars until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, beating for another half minute. Fold in flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate morsels until everything's well mixed.

Pop the dough in your fridge for at least 30 mins or leave it overnight. You can skip this part, but it really helps your cookies keep their shape better.

Put parchment sheets on the air fryer trays. Drop rounded spoonfuls (about 2 tablespoons each) onto the basket, leaving roughly 1.5 inches between them. Your air fryer size will determine if you can fit 2-4 cookies per batch.

Bake at 325°F for about 5-7 mins until they turn golden and look done inside. Let them sit in the air fryer for a couple minutes before taking them out.
